Yetenbi Special Kitfo

Beef tartar seasoned with our herbal butter & mitmita, served with injera (it can be orderd raw, medium or well done). Served with ayib, gomen and Kocho.

DULET

Carefully cleaned lamb trip and liver mixed with lean red meat, diced onion, garlic, ethiopian butter and mitmita (it can be ordered raw, medium or well done).

Firfir (Vegetarian option available)

Injera tossed in a sauce of sautéed onions, berbere, tomatoes, garlic, green pepper, fresh. Vegetarian choice available.

Veggie Platter

Spicy split lentil, split lentils, yellow peas, collard greens, cabbage, potato stew, green beans, chickpea stew (shiro), Served with Injera.

Tibs

Cubed tender lamb fried with onion, rosemary jalapeno pepper served with injera and Mitimta.

SHIRO

Berbere spice (a chili powder-based spice blend),Niter Kibbeh (Ethiopian spiced clarified butter), onions, tomatoes, and garlic. served with injera. - Vegetarian choice available.

Special Gomen Kitfo

Chopped collard greens made for perfection with herb butter served with yetenbi's home made special cheese (IYeb).

Gomen Bsiga

Lamb cooked with spinach, kibbeh (butter), chilli and garlic. served with injera

Kikil Kitfo

BULA GENFO

Ethiopian Porridge made from barley & wheat flour with butter.​
